PM's pat spurs schoolgirl into 'Swachh Bharat'

What could be more motivating than when your efforts are observed by the Prime Minister of India, and he actually responds to you with a letter of appreciation. One such girl, Jhanvi Behal, who aims to become a lawyer, received a letter from the prime minister for all the good things she is doing for her country at this young age.

A student of class 10 of DAV Public School, Pakhowal Road, Jhanvi says: "I am actively involved in social work since 2010, as I love to work for social upliftment. I consider Mother Teresa as my inspiration to serve the community. I have done a documentary, 'Maa Mera Ki Kasoor' on girl child foeticide to create awareness among the public to save the girl child, and have been actively working for the past four years on a campaign, creating awareness about drugs and its repercussions on our society."
